REVIEW | Kira Kira Studio’s AHA Cleansing liquid*

Hello! Today’s post is all about Kira Kira Studio’s cleansing liquid, which is originally formulated in Japan, but now available to purchase in the UK! This product was kindly gifted to me for review, however this post isn’t sponsored so the review is completely honest! I have combination skin and usually find it so difficult to find skin products I love, so am always open to trying new products!

I was interested in testing the liquid because of the AHA’s (which stands for Alpha Hydroxy Acids) These acids work similarly to that of an exfoliater, to rejuvenate your skin and promote cell turnover. This cleansing liquid contains three AHA’s; Glycolic acid, Cirtic acid and Lactic acid. When I first read about all these acids I was quite worried that it would be harsh on my skin (I have fairly sensitive skin) however I didn’t experience and dryness or irritation from this product.

The cleansing liquid is a 2-in-1 formula that can be used for both washing your face and removing make up. I definitely love this as a cleanser as I think it really evens my skin tone and it gives a glow to my skin. Although, I did find it slightly harsh as an eye make-up remover and personally would rather use other products I own to take my make-up off.

I love that the cleanser is cruelty free, all natural and palm-oil free, and overall I’m pleased with the product. You can purchase this 190ml bottle for £19.99 over on the Kira Kira Studio website linked here.

Thanks for reading! Carrie X
